About the Role
Are you a natural leader who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Supervisor to support day-to-day operational execution across assigned airports and service locations in the Tampa Bay Area. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure crew readiness, quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction—stepping in hands-on when needed to protect service standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational execution across assigned airports and service locations
- Assist with crew scheduling and readiness
- Oversee quality control to ensure service standards are consistently met
- Uphold safety and regulatory compliance across all job sites
- Serve as a point of contact for client communication
- Partner closely with the Operations Manager to keep jobs on track
- Step in hands-on when needed to protect quality, timelines, or client satisfaction
- Support operations at other locations within the network as business needs require
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership skills and sound operational judgment
- Comfortable managing crews and holding a team to a standard
- Clear, professional communicator with clients and staff
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass background screening and FAA-mandated drug testing
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Willing to complete required online and in-person training prior to independent field work
- Able to provide three professional references (a former manager, a peer, and—if available—a client)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary:Experience based, negotiable
- PTO (accrual-based)
- Paid training, including a training stipend for any required travel to corporate headquarters
- Mileage and approved travel expenses reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate for assignments beyond your primary location
- Uniforms, fuel card, and phone allowance provided
Training & Travel
Employment is contingent on successful completion of mandatory RealClean corporate training and Company operational systems training, which may include in-person training at the RealClean training facility. Approved airfare, lodging, and training-related transportation are covered when travel is required.
